Ohhhhhhh. Yes, I did tell him I was running it. And that raises further questions. Since I told him, why wouldn't he have brought something up. Your Honour, it just seems so strange and much more frustrating for everyone why they would bring it up dead smack in the middle of an election. Okay so you did tell him. Yes, even though it's strange that the Prosecution would bring this up now, I agree, the point still remains that you told the Deputy of I.A. that you were running the office that was legally his to exercise in the absence of Lavan. So I am wondering exactly what you told Acro to justify you running his office? Did you simply tell him that you lost the password and so you have to run it? To be honest, he didn't say anything and I didn't say anything to him. It just kept going on. But your Honour, now I am frustrated. I ask this question and Lavan simply dodges it. So now, I ask, nay I demand, that Lavan explain why after the first week of him being elected, he did not speak up about not receiving the password. Not just then, but his entire tenure as MoIA he never once said he didn't have it until now. From my point of view, it seems that he did it purposely as to cause drama later on. As a personal vendetta if you will. So Lavan, will you answer or will you dodge the question again?

I made my own nation, The Commonwealth of Free Nations Office of Internal Affairs, to take the place of the Citizenship Office.

The next time it will be contempt of court Sir.

Why not ask for the password to then have access to the roster? Everyone sent their applications to that Office. Not the one you created. As well, you didn't make it very public so how would people know?

*bangs gavel again*
Alright, last warning for all. Next it's contempt for both of you. I need time to read through these responses thoroughly and then ask questions and allow others to rebut. Calling each other out just impedes the process. Contempt next time.
Now everyone wait while I address the current responses.

He sips some coffee.* Wait now. You just said that yes, you told Acro that you said you were running the office. Now you are saying you didn't really say anything to him? Look, I understand your frustration I do. You did help the region stay on top of the citizenship affairs. So the fact that you truly helped our region in doing what you did...that's not what is being questioned here. What's being questioned is the legality of your actions. Also, in regards to Lavan not asking, from the current testimony he was on vacation, in and out. Which I could also understand.

May I say something, not as a rebuttal, but as a statement to you, your Honour?

Acro...after Lavan's rebuttle please tell me....after that conversation with Mark about him running the office what did you proceed to do?
