As much as it pains me to say as it is really embarrassing, I did not know you didn't need the original password to change it. Unfallious mentioned it today, when I finally figured out how to show the passwords on keychain.
And Lavan, I think it does excuse the fact for me to help out because without the work I did, God knows how backed up, unorganized, and detrimental the office would be to the region.
Lastly, and AGAIN, you should've said that you didn't have the password no more than a week after you were elected and still didn't have the password.
Thank you your Honour

Your Honor, I first realized Lavan had become inactive when a few newer nations began complaining about slow citizenship process. This was soon after he went on a series of vacations. I took several steps rather quickly, I requested Everstopia to change the factbook to list me as acting Minister of Internal Affairs. However Evers went inactive around that time so it was not changed. I asked around to find out who had access to the CFN Citizenship office and learned mark had access to it. When i requested access as was my right as Deputy MoIA. Mark told me that he didnt have the password. He also told me he was using the office. I admit I didn't think anything of it at the time, I wish I had so that I would have archived the message. I posted multiple times when new members joined the region, and told them to send citizenship applications to my personal nation as Mark had no legal authority to operate the citizenship office. However several nations that are marked as citizens were not approved by me, and were approved during Lavans hiatus. I can only assume, though I do admit I am not certain, that Mark illegally used the powers of the office to grant them citizenship. *He turns his chair toward Mark* What say you to this testimony Sir.

I did most likely give those said nations their citizenships. Again please see my latest post to read up on the whole password scenario. I only figured out the password earlier today.

I understand the password scenario however I wanted you to answer the testimony in regards to you telling him that you were running the office. Now I am aware that you couldn't give Acro the password because of that little mishap however other measures could have been taken to ensure Acro fulfilled his duties. What exactly had you told Acro in that circumstance, if you recall?

I did not know Acro was accepting applications through his TG because to be an official citizen you have to be on the roster, which he couldn't update. I don't recall saying anything to Acro to be honest.. But I have been vocal with Lavan, but not Acro

I really don't remember contacting him and explaining everything. Unless he does, I don't.

His testimony says that you let him know you were running the office. The question is did you, or did you not tell him that you were running the office?

Yes, I did tell him I was running it. And that raises further questions. Since I told him, why wouldn't he have brought something up. Your Honour, it just seems so strange and much more frustrating for everyone why they would bring it up dead smack in the middle of an election.

Yes, even though it's strange that the Prosecution would bring this up now, I agree, the point still remains that you told the Deputy of I.A. that you were running the office that was legally his to exercise in the absence of Lavan. So I am wondering exactly what you told Acro to justify you running his office? Did you simply tell him that you lost the password and so you have to run it?
