Good morning, everyone. Here we have a case of Mr. Unfallious, the plaintiff, who will be representing himself, v. Mr. New Assyria, who has yet to announce a formal legal counsel. Mr. Unfallious is charging the defendant with:
1. Personal Threats
2. Violation of CAPO
3. Communication Code violations
4. Treason
Mr. Unfallious, I will allow you to begin by explaining in detail each of the accounts and reasons behind the charges placed upon Mr. New Assyria.
Mr. New Assyria, I ask that the first thing you do upon entering the courtroom is appoint a legal counsel, or denote yourself as your legal representative.

8 days ago, on Friday January 30th 2015, The nations 'The Dalek Paradigm' and 'Lavan Tiri' ceased to exist following a report submitted to moderation. In an altercation ensuing after the deletion between myself and the defendant it was revealed that they had submitted the report with the intent to have 'The Dalek Paradigm' deleted and then went on to gloat and antagonise myself, this is known as flamebaiting, an act that is also against NS-rules as shown in the One-Stop Rules shop on the Nationstates forums.
For the deletion of not one, but two nations that are well-known within the region is not only a violation of CAPO, but an attempt to undermine the entire region's community and for that there is the greater charge of treason.
I have submitted evidence for my statements above to your office, your honour, and I would also like to submit further evidence in the form of a witness after the defendant has had the opportunity to seek legal representation.

I am here, your honor, i do apologize for the lateness of my arrival. Extenuating and hard pressing concerns and circumstances did force my attention drawn elsewhere yesterday, by time they were through i was attempting to contact my legal representation at a most inconvenient time of day, or night, rather. Having managed to contact them and dealt with all other issues, i am here, and announce that i shall be legally represented by Mr. Alruniea. Thank you.

Very well, Mr. Alruniea, or Mr. New Assyria, whoever feels compelled to answer. You are being charged with the aforementioned list. Mr. Unfallious has laid his reason to his claims. Which of these crimes do you, or do you not, plead guilty to?
