Roughly every day, when he can.
Whenever we can talk, we do.

On the 30th of January 2015, did the defendant mention to you at any time anything to do with moderation or the actions of 'The Dalek Paradigm' or 'Lavan Tiri'? Please keep in mind you are under oath.

Yeah, of course he did. I did state in the RMB of the CFN that he did after all.
He didn't like the way you were treating me, knew it was against the rules of NationStates, and then promptly filed a GHR which then resulted in the Dalek Paradigm's and Lavan Tiri's deletions.

Thank you Minister Sulania for the detailed answer.
Did you make any attempt to stop the defendant? Knowing the region's official stance on the reporting of other nations and as a member of the cabinet it would only be fair that you would have at least said something to the defendant.

Yes, I told him not to do anything as he had seen what was transpiring on the RMB.
By the time he told me he was planning and did file a GHR, the GHR was already filed.

Alright. Just a few more questions, Minister. Why on the 31st of January, a day after the deletions, did you say that you had only just 'figured out who got Dalek and Lavan deleted'? As seen in this screenshot i.imgur.com/MEaNruq.jpg

Because he told me I could tell you then, and I felt it was better to inform you then.

So it's fair to say that you intentionally withheld information that was vital in understanding the circumstances surrounding the deletion of the plaintiff just because the defendant told you to?
Where do your loyalties lie, minister?

My loyalties lie in this region, I did end up telling you. He didn't tell me I had to, he simply told me I could, and I did so promptly.
He wasn't in the region when he filed the GHR, thus I never saw it as important to mention who did what. So when he said I could, I decided to.

The right thing to do would have been to report the action straight away, instead you decided to retain the information so that the defendant could use it to antagonise the plaintiff in order to provoke a reaction. True?

Not true at all, in fact.
My question would be where he antagonized you, because I had no idea this had occurred. But I'm on the witness stand, so I guess I don't get to ask questions.
No, I withheld the information because it was unimportant and I felt it served no purpose. Not to mention I was doing something when this whole thing happened and much of it slipped my mind until he reminded me of it the next day.

*A judge walks in quickly in Chief Justice Vladovaskia's absence* He sits.
Hello brethren.
I have been following this case and in the absence of Chief Justice I will oversee the case only until he comes back to ensure order.

Minister, if the information was unimportant why is there a trial in which the defendants actions are being judged?
No, you provided that information during the middle of a heated discussion between the plaintiff and the defendant in order to provoke an aggressive reaction from the plaintiff which would be used as a way of submitting another GHR request against him, further breaking the established laws within the region.
Your loyalties are more questionable than they seem, Minister.
No further questions, your honour.

Minister Sulania you may leave the stand.
Since the Prosecution as no more to add and the only member of the Defense is content with progress tonight.... this case is adjourned... until Chief Justice Vlad comes back to resume your case.
You are dismissed until re-adjounment by the Chief Justice *bangs gavel*
