*You walk into this beautiful oak room with tasteful floors The room is extremely crowed and little conversations are herd sweeping bouncing off the walls of the oak wood and marble pillars. There is a bench, a beautiful mahogany judge's bench. Right above is a beautiful painting and on either side a lady justice stands guard. The judge walk in, sits and begins"
JUDGE'S STATEMENT:
Good Evening. Case number zero zero zero nine in now called to session, The Commonwealth of Free nations versus Vista Major. The Defendant is charged with two counts of criminal action. Count One, Violation of the RMB Integrity Act: Article 1, Section I & II. Count Two, Violation of a citizen's Second and Third Fundamental Rights
Before this trail commences we all need to be clear on some rules in this courtroom. 1. You may not introduce new evidence in there middle of a trial, it must be submitted to my office first. 2. You may not introduce a random witness without making that known to my office at least a few hours before 3. You may not personally attack witnesses, slander, look to emotionally harm etc anyone is this court room.(any words that are aimed at attacking someone, especially a mere witness or testimonial from a citizen will result in the person being held in contempt of court, being put in the DCR for a few hours.) 4. When a party as the floor to speak there should be no rebuttals from the other party UNLESS it is an objection, on which case it must be called out to be one and then you must wait until I either sustain it or overrule it. 5. There cannot be any conversation between the prosecutor and defense lawyer The rest should be evident...normal etiquette for a courtroom.
Also let's go over how this trial will take place, just as any trial would, and it's phases.
I. Opening Statements from both parties. II.The Calling of witnesses from the Prosecution III. The cross-examinations of the Prosecution's witnesses by the Defense III. The calling of other witnesses/ citizens from the Defense and the cross examination by the Prosecution. IV. Closing Statements by the Prosecution and then Defense. V. Verdict given. VI. Sentence and or exoneration given.
Lastly any and all communication from the parties to myself must go through my secretary first. Do not contact me directly for anything in regards to the trial unless it's an emergency. Please contact Continental Commonwealths first with any submissions and or requests and files.
Does each party understand the rules and phases? And are there any questions before we begin?

Thank you your Honor.
I would like to thank Judge Ruclax for presiding over this court, and Vista Major for attending his trial. I'd also like to thank any spectators who are watching this trial for being interested in the performance of justice.
Now I'd like to start off with stating that Vista Major has indeed broken two laws, as according to the RMB Integrity Act: Article 1, Section 1 & 2. In addition, he has also violated two fundamental rights from our Region's Bill of Rights. His eagerness to put forth legislation that would solidify those violations is only more evidence of his readiness to commit those crimes. Furthermore, had there been more time given for the Referendum to attain the needed signatures, we would have the Region's government backing an illegal piece of legislation. Since Vista Major served as the catalyst for these violations and would seek to do more harm by making those violations into law, we [the prosecution], as that Vista Major is given a minor sentence for breaking the laws of the RMB Integrity Act: Article 1, Section 1 & 2, and a major sentence for violating two fundamental rights from the Bill of Rights, all in accordance to Penal Clause two of the Penal Codes Act.
I would like to conclude my opening statement with again, thanking Judge Ruclax for presiding over this court, and Vista Major for attending his trial, as well as to all spectators who may be watching.
Thank you, your Honor
*Mr. Vasseaux sits in his chair, opens his brief cass and begins writing down some notes.

"First of all, thank you, Mr. Vasseaux."
Mr. Major pulls his opening statement our of his briefcase and reads verbatim.
"Greetings, ladies gentlemen, and and servants of the courts. Recently, I have been charged for infractions against the Bill of Rights and the RMB Integrity Act. I have, after a period to study the law, plead not guilty, for the very reasons that my victim is not protected under such freedoms, I do not represent nor speak for the government, as stated in the law, as well as the fact that the situation has since been resolved before the Commonwealth decided to pursue charges. Also, there is the accusation that my referendum to expel the nation Young Money Entertainment and all of his/her/its puppets was unconstitutional, but, indeed, it was not. My referendum was not legislation, as detailed in the Act; it was a request to the people, and was later withdrawn. A referendum requires 7 signatures to go to vote; at the time of withdrawal, I had one vote, excluding myself. Therefore, this reassurts that it was not legislation, and not a violation of the constitutional Bill of Rights. Furthermore, I would like to point out the many times over the history of the CFN that legislation has been unconstitutional and was simply discarded by the Courts. If my petition was indeed a piece of legislation, it should have been simply deemed null and void, not become a charge against me. Henceforth, I maintain my innocence."
Vista sits down on the bench, awaiting the next phase.

Since the Prosecution has no need for witnesses in his case, the Defense may now call it's witness to the stand to be examined and cross examined

Vista Major stands.
"Your honor, I am afraid I have no witnesses to call at this time, as neither of the two I have called on have confirmed their coming, according to Continental Commonwealths. If neither Young Money Entertainment nor Bulgaria-Greece appear soon, they are not coming."

*He walks in, takes his seat, opens a notepad begins to write. He then looks up and speaks*
*bangs gavel* Case number zero zero zero nine, The Commonwealth of Free Nations v. Vista Major will now resume action.
Yesterday night we concluded that we would begin with the calling of the Defense's Fist Witness; examination and cross examination. However, as the Defense and their witnesses are having some times conflicts, the agenda will have to be amended.
So today will will start with The Prosecution's Examination of The Defendant, where the Defendant may defend himself as well.

Your Honor,
We would like to call for a motion to summary judgment. We ask for this motion on the grounds that there is already enough evidence to go one way or another, and fuether questions would have us going in circles. Thank you your Honor.
*Mr. Vasseaux sits down.
