Motion is retained for the time being, untill Mr. Major agrees with it.
*he looks at Vista*
Mr. Major, the motion before the court, having a summary judgement, would mean that you wave your right to have a full length trial. I would simple take into account the evidence given and the statements made by both parties and then make a ruling and judgement tonight. Do you understand this? If so, please say that you understand and state that you wave your right to a full trial for a summary judgment.

"I understand, your honor. I wave my right to a full trial at this time, in favor of the Motion of Summary Judgement. But, if I disagree with the ruling, I may seek an appeal."

*bangs gavel*
This court has found a verdict for the case, The Commonwealth of Free Nations v. Vista Major. *he looks at Vista*
For the First Count of Violating the Regional Message Board Integrity Act Article One Sections One and Two, this court find you Guilty.
Now, let's start with the first charge. The first charge is directly aimed at the "Referendum' that you called for in regards to banishing all of Young Money's puppets for his lack of presenting his identity. Firstly, although any MP can call for referendum, the referendums called for by any MP are purely of legislative and not penal and or judicial purposes. The referendum you called for was penal. It stated that Young Money's puppets would be banished for his lack of identifying himself. Stating that the referendum would "banish" his puppets is using authority that a MP, or the Parliament for that matter does not have and is therefore a crime. You may not, in ay circumstances, use legislation for penal purposes and to enforce or prohibit nations from interacting on the Regional Message Board. Just because you had not received the signatures to pass it, does not make the attempt at the act right, or justify it's clemency in anyway. *he leans forward right onto the bench* You can not, in any circumstances, use legislation to banish, restrict, prohibit, question, force question or pass judgment on anyone in the Commonwealth. Even a non-citizen, because although Young Money, as I have checked, is not a citizen, YOU are still accountable to the LAW.
Therefore in light of Young Money's non-citizenship status, on the Second count of Violation of the Second and Third Rights this court find you Not Guilty
*he writes a bit, then look back up*
In accordance with you Guilty Verdict for the First Charge and considering the gravity of the charge your sentence shall be a Conditional Retention of Citizenship. Note that this is not a revocation of citizenship but a stripping of some of the privileges a citizens enjoys. Therefore you may no longer, for the duration of the sentence, act as a Member of Parliament and formulate, propose, debate and or vote on laws. You also may not exercise the ability to run for executive, legislative and or judicial office which includes deputy and lower tier positions. This sentence shall be in effect from this day July 29th to August 12th 2015 Any violation of this sentence will result in added days as well as 4 days in Prison. The Ministry of Justice and any active duty Police Officers are ordered to enforce these measures.
*looks at the court room* Also because this issue was important enough to land in this court room as well as causing some controversy here, This Court also Orders that the nation Young Money Revel the identity of his original nation to this Court by Friday July 31st. The Ministry of Justice and active duty Police Officers are ordered to enforce this order. If Young Money fails to comply with this order than an order of Mass Deportation of Young Money and all of his puppet "rappers and musicians" will issued resulting in ejection.
*bangs gavel* Case Closed.
