Recognizing that the Commonwealth of Free Nations is an international ally to many regions in The World
Observing that many of the Commonwealth's embassy regions have very loose or virtually nonexistent ties with this region, even though we have embassies with these regions.
Believing that a system "reorganization" is in order so that the Commonwealth may begin to renew international relations.
-All regions who seek embassy with the CFN must have their Head of State, Foreign Affairs administrator or World Assembly Delegate contact and have an "embassy application" approved by Minister of Foreign Affairs.
-The Chancellor reserves the right to veto any embassy request previously approved of by the MoFA and end current embassies at will (with probable cause).
-The Minister of Foreign Affairs will construct an application for regions who wish to have embassies with the Commonwealth and a record-keeping factbook to monitor the relations between the CFN and its embassies. This is to affect all current embassies (as of 24.02.2015) except for the Genuan Rebirth.
-Embassies with an "inactive home base" (Mass inactivity within the region) will have their embassies with the Commonwealth closed, and an opportunity to reestablish embassies will be available after a 3 week/21 day period.
-Embassy regions with less than 5 nations (puppets and the Founder do not count towards this 5-nation requirement) shall be asked to consolidate/merge with the CFN or become an "outpost territory" (a region that is under the governance and protection of the CFN and/or Commonwealth Military). Retaining the embassy is ensured if they meet all other requirements. An exception shall be made for regions created specifically for puppet storage, in which they must be managed, at least in part, by a citizen of the Commonwealth.
-Embassy regions that are under attack by a recognized "terrorist organization" (raiders) shall receive immediate military aid (assistance without Cabinet approval) from the CFN, provided that they have established a(n) treaty/agreement beforehand.
-Every month, the Commonwealth Diplomatic Affairs Department (C-DAD) shall inspect every embassy region to ensure that all the requirements for embassy-keeping are met. If requirements are not met and the host region does not meet them by a deadline set by the Chancellor, the embassy shall be closed posthaste.
-Amendments can be made to this act by simple-majority Cabinet vote.
