I did call out the defendant on occasions. I asked for apologizes, and to end the conflict, however seeing how I was not a goverment official at the time, I had no power to do anything. I could control attempt to fix the problems in my region, but the defendant, being a foreign nation, was outside of my control. Hence why this case has been brought. Mr Ballarswag that was 2 days before the altercation that instigated this trial. At that point in time the dispatch was over 80 days old, largely forgotten by the defendant himself. The defendant was using his right to free speech and free expression, he never outwardly mentioned the dispatch until it was brought up. You did not call out the defendant on his actions, correct? You repeatedly asked BPL to stop arguing to which he refused to do further fuelling the altercation. He was the agressor on that specfic day. However the Defendant was the primary agressor in creating the factbook

Mr Ballarswag, whatever the defendant's reasoning for creating that factbook are irrelevant, the factbook lay dormant for over 80 days without complaint from Genuan Rebirth. The specific charge of treason covers the altercation on February 12th in which you say that the defendant was not the primary aggressor of.
