Sovieta was the active president of the region at the time. She threated to close embassies with cfn, end relations outright with CFN, and threaten retaliation.
BPL threatened to boycott regional actions, and fill the RMB until either Unfallious relented, or Regional relations were totally ended.
They both threated to end every tie we have with CFN, being very radical in doing so.

And you, as the Deputy Prime Minister....did you feel that the threats Pres. Sov made were legitimately based? Meaning did those threats and potential consequences fit the alleged crime come to you? as the DPM witnessing these events?
Also, as these events were taking place, as the DPM, did you feel that the region was in legit distress...so much so that ties with the CFN should be severed?

I do believe had sovieta and BPL not been calmed, we would not be talking today. They would have ended relations. I feel that Sovieta and BPL were overly patrioric, but consequnces were needed, and seeing the defendants track record, they went to extreme to match him.

When these events occurred did you feel,as DPM, the region to be threatened to the extent that ties to the CFN should be severed? What I am making here is...as a government official would you have closed ties with the CFN based on that one sole Fact Book?
Was it that fact book that caused all the commotion or was it the citizens who rabble roused?

I did not feel closing relations was needed. However I was not DPM at the time so I had no say.
However the factbook was the primary cause for the problems, as it raised the tensions

Ver Well.
As you know one of the charges put on the Defendant is -brecchment of the Communication Codes-"to respect others at all times"
When did you observe that this law was broken? Did the Defendant outright curse, or attempt to emotionally harm, or cyber bully any GR citizens? or were his comments slick sarcasm?

He did tried to put down and discredit our reigon, however it may be construde as sick sarcasm on his part, it was not viewed as sarcasm on our side

He tried to put down and discredit the region in what way....just by the Fact Book he wrote? or by other words on your RMB?
The Supreme Court of CFN, in the case of The Commonwealth v. Namayapata, ruled that breechment of the commutation codes is determined by if the accused used "fighting words" in his language. Or by legal definition words that by their very utterance inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace.
Did any of the Defendants words fall this category, and if so how?

They did affirm there notion published in the factbook, where they said that the factbook was just and correct and they would not withdraw it. They did not however elaborate and empahsis on the factbook

So seeing the events as you saw them, you do not recall and believe the Defendant to have used fighting words in his exchange on the GR RMB?

Don't understand court procedure, so I'll just be candid. I was subpoenaed to be here as a witness for the prosecution. Instructions?
