Overruled.
It needs to be stated for the record who he is. His position has relevance do to the nature of the charges and circumstance being that they happened in the region where he is stationed. His insight from a government perspective is valuable.

The Vice Delegate is the understaff to the WAD. I maintain order and help him yo maintain the region. I also act as a consoul for the region, and a advice giver. I stand at the delegates side, and pick up slack.
