*You walk into this beautiful oak room with tasteful floors. There is a bench, a beautiful mahogany judge's bench. Right above is a beautiful painting and on either side a lady justice stands guard. 5 to 7 CFN military police officers stand guard in the room. The judge walks in, sits and begins..he bangs the gavel
Judge's Statement:
Good Evening. The Proposed Case, case number zero zero zero eight in now called for Arraignment.
Mr. Ufallious you are charged with two counts of criminal action.
Count One, being the Capital Crime of Treason
Count Two, being a breach of the Communication Codes
Mr. Unfallious how do you plea to these charges?
Guilty or Not Guilty?

Very well, You Plead Not Guilty to all counts,
therefore this case shall stand in trial.
Mr. Unfallious you are then ordered to gather your resources for your defense. Please note that if you wish to use any evidence it must go through my office first, follow the format I have in my office thread. Any evidence used by any party must be reviewed before use. Also if you wish to call up any witnesses or citizens that also must go through my office, just follow the format outlined.

Excellent.
The Trial date shall be This Sunday. Time will vary, although I except opening statement from the defense, after the prosecution, at least at sometime that day.
This hearing is adjourned, you are dismissed.
We will reconvene will the formal trial on Sunday.
