PROPOSAL: On the 11th of February, the nation Vista Major, Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Commonwealth, received a formal complaint from the former President of the region Genuan Rebirth, Sovietia, that Unfallious, a citizen of the Commonwealth, is accused of disrupting the "reputation of the region". The evidence lies in a factbook held by the nation Unfallious and several RMB posts that includes conversation between the Accused and Genuan Rebirth natives, in which the former is seen provoking the latter in a negative way. It is explicitly stated in The Communications Code "that all individuals are to respect others at all times". This being said, Unfallious is hereby accused of violating The Communications Code and is facing a charge of Treason for harming relations between the Commonwealth and Genuan.
