Parliamentary Series #5
AUTHOR: Vista Major DATE: February 10th, 2015 AD
RECOGNIZING that Law #017- The Parliament Location Establishment Act, proposed by former citizen Namayapata, states that the official location of the Commonwealth Parliament and off-site government is at the address cfnforums.cf STATING that the address cfnforums.cf has been abandoned by the Parliament, and is no longer the official off-site location of government. NOTICING that the bill does not state a formal procedure for moving to different forum sites.
THUS PROPOSES:
~ The new location for Parliament and other Commonwealth government functions shall be at the website cfnforums.freeforums.net/~ Should this or any other official Commonwealth site be abandoned, a simple Cabinet vote shall declare the forum site officially abandoned.
~ In addition, another Cabinet majority can designate a new forum site for government, or declare that forums shall no longer be used for Commonwealth functions.
~ Giving authority to globally manage the official forums to the Chancellor and Minister of Internal Affairs
~ Allowing the Lord-Chancellor to bring forth an official proposal to move or abandon a forum site.
~ Parliamentary approval is not required in order to abandon a forum site, but a 50% simple-majority is needed to declare a new site.
