RECOGNIZING that political parties form a strong aspect of the government in the Commonwealth.
BELIEVING that these parties are formed as a binding body with bylaws that force its members to support their partymates and leaders.
DESIRING for the legalization of Political Action Committees.
THE POLITICAL CONGREGATION ACT:
~Political Action Committees, to be known informally as PACs, are organizations within the Commonwealth with the intent of supporting a government officer, candidate for public office, legislation or topics of interest.
~Political Action Committees may function in the form of a political party, establishing a party cabinet and appointing a Chairman, or chairmans.
~PACs designed to support a candidate or elected government official must be established as "temporary", to be legally disbanded once their mission is completed, whether success or failure is the result.
~PACs are allowed to lobby for legislation or openly denounce it.
~PACs are not to be classified or treated as political parties.
~Securing that Political Action Committees are justified to be in existence by this act and the law "CFN Regional Clubs Act" of 2015.
