Minister of Immigration Act
Knowing that there's a large demand to reform our region's citizenship rules and policy, I put forth a bill that will bring peace to the issue.
The Minister of Immigration will serve as the seventh and equal member of cabinet. Removing some powers of The Deputy Chancellor, The Minister of Immigration’s primarily will focus on recruitment/encouragement of nations to join our region and to ensure their satisfaction when moving here.
Will work with the Minister of Internal Affairs on citizenship, but Internal Affairs will have the final word when it comes to citizenship status.
They will serve the new nations as if it were their constituents meaning the minister will;
* Put forth legislation that will serve their interests
* Know them well so the minister and the region will have a better understanding of what it needs to do to attract more nations.

This is essentially a voting member of the cabinet that can only really advise the MOIA on citizenship. Vice Chancellor is in charge of recruitment anyway.
Sorry, denounced

I hereby Denounce this bill. As it takes away duties from the Minster of Internal Affairs (Citizenship) and the Vice Chancellor (Recruitment) to create a 7th Cabinet Minister. It's unnecessary.

BUT- 1) Edit bill to strip all recruitment and citizenship power from the Vice Chancellor and Minister of Internal Affairs and give that power to the Minister of Immigration, 2) Give the Minister of INTERNAL Affairs the right to intervene in citizenship-granting

ENDORSEDBUT- 1) Edit bill to strip all recruitment and citizenship power from the Vice Chancellor and Minister of Internal Affairs and give that power to the Minister of Immigration, 2) Give the Minister of Foreign Affairs the right to intervene in citizenship-granting. I hardly see how the Minister of Foreign Affairs would have any say in citizenship-granting, as his powers lie in the foreign aspects not the internal aspects. At least the Minister of Immigration has a reason to have say in citizenship since immigration and citizenship do go hand in hand a lot, but I find little reason as to why the Minister of Foreign Affairs should have a right to intervene in matters regarding acts of the Internal.

My mistake! I meant to say Internal ._.
