DATE: February 6th, 2014 AD
THE DMV-DESPOSITION ACT
RECOGNIZING that citizenship is a grand right to be bestowed upon all loyal nations within the Commonwealth
BELIEVING that the current waiting period of 5 days for Citizen status and 10 days for resident status is an outragously long time and may discourage activity of a nation during this period.
DESIRING an edit of the Constitutional Article III: Parliament Functions
THUS PROPOSES:
~That the waiting period for receiving Citizen status after applying for such status be reduced to 3 days.
~That the waiting period for receiving Resident status after receiving Citizen status be reduced to 4 additional days, for a total of 7 days/1 week after applying for citizenship.
~Reaffirming that the applying nation should have WA status or possess a "puppet" that has WA status. If not, they must create one before receiving Citizen status.
~If the applying nation leaves the Commonwealth before recieving their Citizen status, their application shall be rendered null and void.
~If the applying nation leaves the Commonwealth after receiving any Citizenship status, they have 7 days to return and not face revocation of citizenship, the sole exception being if they seek and are granted an order from the Chancellor to hold their citizenship, giving them an extended grace period of 28 days.
~Overturns any existing legislation, unless such legislation is held up by a court order prior to the proposal of this bill.
OFFICIALLY PROPOSED
ENDORSED BY:
DENOUNCED BY:
