FINDING that previous laws instating the Chancellor to hold influence over the Supreme Court to hereby be null and void.
NOTING that the Lord-Chancellor may continue to hold his lifetime seat upon the Supreme Court.
HEREBY RECREATES THE JUDICIAL BRANCH AND THE ACCOMPANYING COURTS
THE Candidate for Chief Justice shall hereby be nominated and selected by the right-elected Chancellor, approximately to be screened and reviewed by the Cabinet, ascending to the Seat of Chief Justice once the Candidate has passed a Cabinet vote resulting in a 3/6 or better majority.
THE Chief Justice shall hereby carry out a term of 6 months upon the day of approval by Cabinet Vote. For continuing terms, the residing Chief Justice must attain a 3/6 or better majority vote from the residing Cabinet.
THE Supreme Court shall hereby be made up of 5 Justices, including:
The Chief Justice
The Lord-Chancellor
And 3 nominated and approved Justices,
THE Lord-Chancellor shall serve for life, the Chief Justice shall serve for their term, and the Justices shall follow the exact same process of nomination and approval as the Chief Justice for a 4 month term.
THE Supreme Court shall be called to hearing at any time of the Chief Justice's leisure, unless the case is of Supreme matter, in which case the resolution is final and set, when the Supreme Court will be mandated to be in attendance. Lower judges and the such may be appointed by the Chief Justice, in the Chief Justice's order and format, as the Chief Justice pleases to assist in duties below the Federal level.
THE Chief Justice shall be hereforth the head of the Judicial Branch in all administrative, executive, legislative, and judicial opinions.
THE Chief Justice shall hereby be awarded the supreme judicial review over laws regarded by the Commonwealth through the powers of the Courts.
THE Presiding Courtroom before any Judge of the Judicial Branch must be sworn to absolute honesty and forefront absolution, to which the case of not withstanding is the highest level of treason against the Commonwealth.
AND finally, the Chief Justice must renounce political allegiance to any extraneous member - holding party, limiting the Chief Justice to hereforth either be Independent, or of a party of their lonesome, during the width of their term as Chief Justice.
