Parliamentary Series #5
AUTHOR: Vista Major DATE: January 22nd, 2015 AD
ENDORSEMENTS: Minister Everestopia Minister COLDR The Dalek Paradigm Minister Alruniea Chancellor Vladovaskia Lord-Chancellor The Silver Bloods DENOUNCEMENTS: Chief Justice Jaslandia
RECOGNIZING that goal of the CFN-State Police Department was do police the Commonwealth and prosecute violators of the Constitution and law. BRINGING INTO LIGHT that the CFN-SPD has become a very inactive and unknown body, now unofficially defunct. BELIEVING that the authority to carry out justice be returned to the Cabinet and its trusted affilates.
Thus proposing: ~A full repeal of "The CFN-State Police Department" bill. ~Authorities and powers that have lied within the Department are to be either rendered null-and-void or redistributed to citizens and members of the Cabinet, at the discretion of the Chancellor. ~All those who have served in the Department up to its assumed defunct and repeal shall receive honorable discharge.

I hereby denounce this bill. My belief is that the Police Department can serve a valuable purpose, it just hasn't been utilized effectively and the number of cases it needs to handle is small.
