Judge's Response
Mr. Chancellor Orveleca, you have plead guilty to the 1st count of your charge, of violating a citizens right of due process.
This is indeed a grave offense. To deny someone the right to due process is to show a complete lack of respect for not only the laws of your beloved region but for the freedoms of the ones who inhabit it. It should be of no interest for any ruler to violate this right, which safeguards the very threat of government tyranny over it's own people. Mr. Chancellor let me refresh you memory of Our constitution which states;
ARTICLE 5 (Cabinet Role-Specific Duties):
1. The Chancellor (or the WA Delegate) has the primary duty of overseeing the successful operation of the Parliament and is the Head of State for the Commonwealth. He maintains the power to directly influence any aspect of governmental policy making, though he may not, under any circumstances, illegally alter or effect changes within the Commonwealth government that go against the existing Commonwealth constitution. Furthermore, he carries the right to establish embassies and diplomatic relations between the Commonwealth and other regions. Ban and eject rights are also given to the WAD, but improper use may lead to impeachment and subsequent removal.
Seeing that the Constitution clearly provided a punishment for your actions, this court then had to decide on either one provided. As this Court follows the letter of the law. Therefore taking into account your station in government as Chancellor and the severity of your crime;
This Court Orders, the dissolution of your power to ban or eject and ban eject any nation so long as you stay as Chancellor. In any event that you need to or want to or have the desire to ban or eject or ban eject any nation you must first submit a formal complaint to the Parliament for review and then and only then with their consent you may exercise your power. The Parliament must also notify this Court of your complaint. Any failure to follow this Order will result in your impeachment or removal from office, as our constitution mandates. Furthermore, on the point regarding military reason that you may need to exercise your power, you are not authorized to do so. In the case of military events it shall be the duty of the Lord-Chanccllor or anyone he authorizes, with you as an exception to exercise that power.
