CFN Regional Clubs Act

Recognizing that political parties currently exist to unite people of common political persuasion.

Believing this system would be more complete through the addition of clubs, both political and nonpolitical.

Hereby:

Allows any interested person residing in the CFN to establish a regional club by creating a club thread in the Clubs subforum (to be created at a later date) in the CFN offsite forum.

Clarifies that clubs can be on any subject, including but not limited to: fandoms, shared interests, hobbies, sports, activities, ideologies, and academic subjects.

Further clarifies that these clubs will not be legally recognized as formal political entities, and will have no official role in the CFN regional government.
