The Collegiate Administration Act (Board of Trustees) Author: Vista Major Date: 21.November.2014 AD THE COLLEGIATE ADMINISTRATION ACT
Noting that the passage of the bill in which established the Commonwealth College allows for the academy to be administered by a Dean of Education. Acknowledging that the Dean is responsible for all upper-level administration operations in the College. Worried that the Dean may fail to function efficiently with such weight on his/her shoulders. Thus Recommending:
~A committee of appointed citizens of the College be created, to be named the Commonwealth College Board of Trustees. ~Allowing the Board to have up to 5 members, 3 of which must be current students of the College, with Junior (3 term-years) or higher status or alumni whom have graduated a maximum of 24 months ago. ~Establishing that the Board will be headed by the Dean of Education, and is allocated the power to veto any decisions made by the Board and pass decisions without Board approval, should he/she see fit. ~Allowing the Board to veto any decision made by the Dean with a 3/5 vote at least. ~Giving supreme oversight authority to the Cabinet and Parliament of the Commonwealth of Free Nations. ~Allowing amendments to be made to this bill.
