Prohibition of Ex Post Facto Laws
Believing that Ex Post Facto Laws, which are laws that can affect both future and past events, are unfair to the farthest extremity.
Rules that any law that may have an Ex Post Facto effect is immediately nullified, therefor if a bill containing Ex Post Facto content within it is proposed to Parliament it must be immediately removed from the floor or be edited to remove the Ex Post Facto material.
Outlaws the creation of any law that can have an effect on events that have any past action.
