Recognizing the controversial nature of the CAPO Act.

Convinced that the CAPO Act undermines the authority of NS moderators, who have legitimate power over the CFN.

Further convinced that any attempt to mix NS moderation with the CFN judicial system will result in failure.

Believing that citizens should not be punished for using the NS moderation system instead of the regional justice system.

Hoping that a more palatable replacement for CAPO will be proposed.

Hereby repeals the CFN Adjudication of Penal Offenses Act effective immediately.
