Declaration of the Rights and Articles of States and the Union
Preamble- We are gathered in this confederation, this Union, to serve only one greater good; our own self-embetterment. Ideologically, we shall not fight each other, but we shall coexist. Militarily, we shall not fight each other, but we shall coexist. In brotherhood, we shall not fight each other, but we shall coexist. As a State of the Union, these are our values and creeds.
Article I: The Rights of the States
Section 1.
Nay shall any man say what any State shall do, outside of these later defined Union tasks, unless that decision be solemnly decided upon by the majority Union. A majority Union be defined by approval of Congress and approval of 65 percentile or greater of the heads of each Union State.
Section 2.
Any State who wish to leave this Union may do so on their own accord, but they shan't for any longer receive the attributes and goodwill of being a Union State.
Section 3.
Every State shall receive the goodwill and inherent right to participate within the Union, politically, militarily, or in any fashion, so long as that State be a legitimate member.
Section 4.
Each State shall reserve the right to produce and put forth delegates by Union vote into any Union Council which may be created, along with does the Founder State of the Commonwealth of Free Nations preserve the right to without vote participate and place itself as an observer in every created Council formed, and a permanent member within the Security and Executive Councils.
Article II: The Rights of the Union:
Section 1.
The Union does reserve the right to by Executive Council vote remove any member State, as long as that member State be informed and have fair say.
Section 2.
The Union does reserve the right to inititate any action not hereby condemned in this Declaration as long as the majority of the participating Union or Council approves so.
Section 3.
The Union does reserve the right to at all times maintain a military composed of all militant States, to be led by the Security Council.
Section 4.
The Union is an ever-adapting yet steadfast entity, and as such it has the ability to perform and change as the situation desires, as long as this Declaration's rules are not unjustly broken, or this Declaration's rules are justly ammended without alteration, but merely addition, to the original Declaration.
