Ladies, Gentlemen, and others as so self identified, I am The Right Honorable Justice Reven Rayus. The Case of the Commonwealth v. Constidor will now be called into session. Constidor, due to his fleeing of the Commonwealth, will be tried in Absentia. Constidor is accused of the following: - Harassment towards the nation of Nuremgard.
- Proliferation of hate speech & hateful ideological beliefs going against Article 1 subsection 3 of the Constitution
At this time I would ask that both the Prosecution, and the Defense present themselves. |

Good evening your Honour and good evening members of the gallery,
There are many values that we as a Commonwealth hold dear. Democracy, security, peace and equality. These are all values that we, as citizens of the Commonwealth, have come to accept. However, from the outset the defendant, Constidor, has promoted inequality and from the moment he stepped foot into this region he has disrupted the peace with hateful homophobic pro-genocide rants. Going as far as to violate the security of another member through continuous and unremitting harassment, Constidor has proven to us that he does not care for the values of this region or for the emotional well-being of others. This is an individual who has, from the outset, sought to seed discontent and misery throughout the region through the use of hateful and despicable rants that far exceed the right of free speech. It is for that reason that this individual must face the full force of the law.
This is an individual who will not change their way, and it is only through a conviction that we can stop harassment such as this:

Am I to take it that aside from the pieces of evidence which you have provided from the previous trial, that the Prosecution does not wish to add any new evidence to this trial?

Very well then. Seeing as no one has come to the Defense of Constidor, I will ask that you give me your closing statement, and any sentence recommendations that the Prosecution is seeking.
After that I will make my Judgement.

Certainly, your honour. I will keep this short.
We, as a community, have a duty to look out for each other. We may all disagree with each other at times, but at our core we're all an interconnected community of people who pledge allegiance to the Commonwealth. It's people like Constidor, who seek to upset members of our community and disrespect the values of the Commonwealth, that we must expel from the region in order to maintain the values that we hold so dear.
The Prosecution rests.

Very well.
I have had ample time to review the evidence, as such, it is my judgement that Constidor is guilty on both counts.
Therefore I hand down the sentence that should Constidor ever return to the Commonwealth of Free Nations, that he be expelled immediately with prejudice. Subsequent to the expulsion, he will be banned from the region permanently.
