As the representative of the prosecution for the case Commonwealth v. Constidor I feel it is my duty to appeal the decision of the court.
Whilst the trial was in motion the defendant left the region prompting the presiding Judge Flynnvakia to declare the case closed. I do not agree with this decision, and while I thank the honourable Judge Flynnvakia for presiding I feel like it is necessary to appeal the decision so that Constidor can be properly punished for his crimes, despite no longer being within Commonwealth jurisdiction.
