Good evening everyone, I am Honorable Judge John R. Flynn.The defendant (Constidor) is currently being charged with
- Harassment towards the nation of Nuremgard
- Multiple accounts of hate speech and hateful ideological beliefs which goes against Article 1 Clause 3
Any and all evidence and witness accounts must be submitted here.Both the Persecutor and Defendant must show me calm and courteous to the opposing side.
We'll begin now with the opening statements from first the prosecution, followed by the defense. The defense should, at the time of his opening statement, clarify whether he is defending himself or appointing someone to defend him.

Good evening your Honour and good evening members of the gallery, There are many values that we as a Commonwealth hold dear. Democracy, security, peace and equality. These are all values that we, as citizens of the Commonwealth, have come to accept. However, from the outset the defendant, Constidor, has promoted inequality and from the moment he stepped foot into this region he has disrupted the peace with hateful homophobic pro-genocide rants. Going as far as to violate the security of another member through continuous and unremitting harassment, Constidor has proven to us that he does not care for the values of this region or for the emotional well-being of others. This is an individual who has, from the outset, sought to seed discontent and misery throughout the region through the use of hateful and despicable rants that far exceed the right of free speech. It is for that reason that this individual must face the full force of the law. First of all, your suppressing my rights by doing this. As a U.S. citizen I have full protections from the Constitution.
Specifically, in Brandenburg vs Ohio, the courts said that Branderburg, who is part of the KKK, can do whatever he wants without inciting violence, which I have not done.
The Constitution and the Courts are on my side.
