The Scribe Implementation Act
A resolution to introduce public record-keeping

Preamble:
The Commonwealth of Free Nations needs a system in which we can keep records of all our government and public affairs. Therefore, this act hereby implements public record keeping to ensure that all information of the government and the population is kept secure and open to the public at all times.
Article I:
The Chancellor, Vice Chancellor and Minister of Internal Affairs shall become the official scribes of the Commonwealth of Free Nations
Article II:
As scribes, the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor and Minister of Internal Affairs shall be responsible for public record-keeping.
Article III:
The scribes will create and share a dispatch for public record-keeping, to be labeled "CFN Public Records", within "The CFN Archives" account
Article IV:
Within the "CFN Public Record" shall be:
•An overview/summary of the CFN Constitution,
•An overview/summary of the CFN Law Code,
•Links to all roleplays in the CFN,
Links to all organizations (roleplay and otherwise) in the CFN,
•A list of the current administration
•A list of political parties (official and unofficial),
•A list of all embassies with the CFN,
•A transcript of all Cabinet meetings held within the current administration,
•A list (and proper links) to current referenda, bills, amendments and other actions that require public vote,
•A daily record of happenings within the CFN
°Including military operations, Judicial trials, hearings and events, Commonwealth Regional University happenings, Major discussions on the RMB, coming and going of nations, new citizens, etc.
•These daily records are to be added roughly every day (unless there are no applicable happenings) and cannot be removed unless by Cabinet simple-majority (4/6) vote (this vote cannot be made until after 24 hours have passed since the daily record's release)
•(Anything else pertaining to the CFN)
Article V:
These daily records are to be added roughly every day (unless there are no applicable happenings) and cannot be removed unless by Cabinet simple-majority (4/6) vote (this vote cannot be made until after 24 hours have passed since the daily record's release)
Article VI:
"The CFN Archives" shall be viewable to the entire public and updated as needed, as per this Act.
Article VII:
Scribes can be added and/or removed by simple-majority (55%) of the Parliament. However, there must be two scribes at all times, with at least one being a Cabinet minister or deputy minister.
Article VII:
The "CFN Public Records" can be altered as to allow for separate dispatches (each with different informations), the exclusion of non-essential information (roleplays and similar). Cabinet meetings and major regional happenings and votes cannot be excluded.
Should a scribe resign, the Cabinet shall decide whether or not to replace them, but can be overridden by simple-majority Parliament vote.
Article VIII:
The nation “Markotovia” shall be appointed as a permanent scribe and official keeper of the scribe account(s) and dispatch(es), in conjunction with the dispatches within “The CFN Archives” account.
