(Originally posted by COLDR) Referencing the recent obstruction of Parliament,
Aiming to prevent similar disruptions in the future,
Believing that diversification of administrator access will prevent single-handed takeovers,
Hereby proposes the Parliament Anti-Paralysis And Yeoman Act:
1. That The Lord-Chancellor is given permanent and immediate administrator control over the CFN Forums and Parliament, in addition to the current holders of such power.
2. That the Lord-Chancellor may decide whether or not to grant administrative powers to the current Chancellor.
3. That the Chancellor must surrender his administrative account at the end of his term, if he is granted those powers in the first place.
4. That anyone found to be obstructing the provisions outlined in this bill be liable to prosecution for treason.
