AUTHOR: Vista Major, MPDATE: September the 4th, 2015 AD
PREAMBLE

ARTICLE V: The powers of the Lord-Chancellor can be altered, if it will not affect the responsibilities expressed in Article IV. I hereby endorse this bill. With Silver's numerous periods of inactivity, speedy action may someday be necessary in order to deal with the situation of the Lord-Chancellor.

Shouldn't this be an amendment?

Shouldn't this be an amendment? I do not believe so, but I will have the Chief Justice review it.

Hello, I have reviewed the law in regards to the Constitution and this would not be considered an Amendment. The Const. does not clearly define the role of the Lord Chancellor nor his legal status, expect through certain explained powers and authorities, therefore this law does not change anything that the Const. already has put in place it merely adds and or restricts new measures not defined.
It has my signature of approval as it's currently written.
