Chief Justice's Statement Good Evening. This Hearing is for all citizens of the Commonwealth to voice their concerns, comments and opinions on the judicial review. I understand it's quite controversial and that many people would like to have a forum where they can be herd. So, this Hearing is for all of you who wish to do so.
*motions to the podium*

Thank you MR. Chief Justice.
The reason why this bill CAN NOT pass, is because it is too bureaucratic, undemocratic, and frankly, it's pointless. The bill calls for an entirely new position in the Cabinet to deal with fun things such as RP's and regional Skype chats. Those things can be done by just like minded citizens coming together and doing it. We have proven time after time, from countless successful RP's that we don't need a Minister to oversee and moderate RP's. We can do these things all on our own. The Cabinet should be only made up of Ministers who deal with important official CFN Business. Such as Defence, Internal Affairs, Security, Recruitment, and Judicial Affairs. The reason why I say it's undemocratic is because the MoC would not have a fixed term date. They can stay in office for a year, if they like. But more importantly, this office is just too much pointlessness to be added into the CFN, and we don't need it. I would say more, but I have to be going now. Thank you for listening to my opinion.

Mr. Chief Justice, if I may speak,
While the Chancellor does have valid points against the Minister of Culture, those are not reasons to seek Judicial Review to see it null. We should instead look at it's expansion of government, how it expands the Cabinet, which is clearly laid out in the Constitution as to what is inside the Cabinet (See Article 4 and 5 of the Constitution). An expansion of the Cabinet to include a new member should have to be done through Constitutional Amendment, as it alters the structure laid out in the Constitution. For this fact, the bill should be stricken null on the grounds that it was passed via bill through parliament, instead of Referendum as a Constitutional Amendment should.
That's all I have to say sir, I apologize if I was a waste of time or anything.
