Amendment to the Ministerial Deputies Act I. Stipulates that if the Minister cannot be contacted via telegram for a period of 2 weeks they are regarded as unaccounted for. II. If a Minister goes unaccounted for the deputy of the office may submit a request to the Chancellor to take over the full duties of the office. III. The Chancellor has full authority to approve or deny this request. IV. Upon approval the deputy becomes the Interim Minister and inherits all duties and responsibilities of the office they were deputised until such a time as the Minister returns. V. Upon return of the Minister the deputy must immediately relinquish all control over the office to them. Endorsed by:
