THE CANON ACTA resolution to officially reconcile roleplay and the CFN Map
PREAMBLE
On behalf of the citizen "The Cascadian Commonwealth", this resolution would canonize CFN roleplays and the CFN Map to better reconcile events that pass.
ARTICLE I: All official CFN roleplays shall have bearing on the CFN Map. As such, any events in the roleplay that affect land ownership shall be reflected in the CFN Map.
ARTICLE II: If desired by the majority of roleplayers, their roleplay shall not have any influence on the CFN Map.
ARTICLE III: If a citizen who has map claim is inactive for 20 days, without previously notifying the region via RMB and/or the map manager(s), they shall lose their map territory.
ARTICLE IV: A citizen reserves the right to withdraw from a roleplay to avoid having their territory changed.

I disagree. They can still consent, it just means that when they do consent, it haa actual bearing and means something, which makes it much more realistic. Plus, if you think about it, saying "No I don't want that to happen because I am going to lose"or whatever, is a type of God Moding. But at anyrate, this bill does not get rid of consent but just makes rp canon. It is that simple. If someone wants the rp to not be canon, then they can say so. So there is no restrictions or micromanagement, just making rps more realistic.

After a Cabinet vote concluded, the Canon Act bill, authored by Vista Major did not pass, with a 0% Approval Rating. It all be stricken from the Parliament Floor and rendered null and void
