Good Evening. Case number one zero zero one For Civil Appeal will now be herd. *he looks at the citizen in a smart suite standing in front of the podium facing him*
Mr. Edward of Cascadic Commonwealth you are requesting this court to waive the required time for citizenship. In your formal request you give reasons such as recruitment and enthusiasm to help our region as qualification enough for immediate citizenship. I'll ask you to expand on those two items, please. Tell this court why and how you believe those things qualify you to be granted waiver.*he sits back in his chair and relaxed, waiting.*

Good Evening your Honor,
I hope that you are doing quite well today!
I would like to begin by saying that at the very center of my heart is a desire to serve this region. Now, I know that there are many who are enthusiastic about this region, but surely none who know it as I do! When I first came to this region, I was blown away by it's magnificence and grace. So filled with excitement and enthusiasm, that I could not keep this paradise to myself. I quickly went on a recruitment drive, sending out 20 or so personal recruitments a day, and already I have brought 6 or 7 people here, with more on their way! I did this without a thought of any gain and out of love for this region. In addition, with the numerous amount of past experience, I wish to give that to this region, but have thus far been prevented from doing so, due to the limitation of this citizenship process! I know that I can do a lot for this region, and I hope that I may do it sooner then later, as time is always of the essence. I am confident that people we see my devotion to this region and take heart that I care for this region so much, that they would be willing to waive my last day wait. So your Honor, I do not ask you to grant me this because I feel it is my right or that it is even for me, but I ask that you realize my intense enthusiasm and anticipation to help this region im every way I can. It is for that reason, the reason of service, that I ask for a waiver your Honor. Thank you.

Well, Mr. Edward, the thing is that we have lots of enthused people here. In fact, it's quite often that wet get new comers who are blown away by how our region operates and then try to pursue government jobs and affiliations right away in order to help us grow. And I am aware of your passions, it's nice to see that. However I cannot rule in favor based solely on enthusiasm.
Can you offer any proof of the recruitment that you speak of?

You may ask the several people of whom I have recruited, such as Sanabel, New Venice, Anarcaledonia, Bonnie_auld_scotland, etc. I can also tell you the names of all the nations I have been using for recruitment, such as United Nations Colonial Alliance, Aorlaes, Khalprus, Saxonnica, Gradaal, etc. Is there any other evidence you would like your Honor?

Well your Honor, I spoke to them the truth.
I informed them of the many benefits of this region, and I emphasized on how active it was! I spoke to them in a friendly and enticing way to get them interested in the region. I told them that in this region, if you leave for 5 minutes, you will come back to find about 20-120 notifications from the regional message board. I also told them that this is an excellent region for people who are interested politics, as I watched what other people said and judged them on their political expertise/passion. If I found them to be worthy, I approached them and told them about this region and said that it is the perfect fit for them! I also spoke of having a wonderous regional government, among the best I have seen in all my travels. I spoke of beautiful map for roleplaying and about the vibrant community that is extremely kind, warm and accommodating! Once they were interested, I would tell them the name of the region and the name of my nation so that they may make their way here!
