Preamble; This Bill is to create awards and mandate that a elegant dispatch be made to accommodate those who have been awarded them to be affixed on the Commonwealth WFE. It is made to recognize outstanding individuals in their service to the region as well as give those who would want to award those people medals and honors to award
Those who are awarded the Commonwealth Medal of Honor are considered "Knights" of the Commonwealth. Purely a honorary that denotes that have reached the peak of what it means to be a Commonwealth Citizen and serve the Region.
The Highest Honor the Legislative Branch may bestow:
The Parliamentary Medal of Service
Awarded to citizens who show the highest degree of service to the Parliamentary process of law making, law advocating and the betterment of the legislative system. Those who are thought to be worthy of such an honor must meet three criterion.
1- Exemplary demonstration of neat, legible, and meaningful Law making.
2- Extraordinary demonstration of advocation for the Bills they believe need to be passed, both the ones they write and other's
3- Extreme demonstration of advocation and work towards bettering the legislative process
In order for one to be awarded the PMS a MP and or member of the Cabient may propose a Bill-Proclamation asking for signatures to award the person recommended the medal. If all the members of Parliament affix their signatures, 100%, and the Minister of the Interior, then the Proclamation is adopted, the person is then notified and the Minister of the Interior appoints a day to award the medal.
The Medal's Privileges:
-Name, bio, picture of medal, achievements and Commonwealth Education to be affixed into a dispatched titled" Commonwealth Medal Recipients"
-A Commonwealth College Honorary Bachelor Degree in Humanities(h.BH) as well as a position as a lecturer to be given
-If the the Commonwealth Military promotion of rank to officer grade
The Highest Honor the Executive Branch may bestow;
The Medal of Valor
Awarded to citizens who show exemplary service in the governance of the region. They must show
1- Service to the Executive Branch and enthusiasm in bettering the government experience for citizens
2-Love for the government system and it's constant and ever changing mechanisms through education in how it works and action in making it more accessible
3-Partner in government programs and actions which have had a great impact on the region and it's betterment, especially in Military Service.
This Award is given by the Chancellor. Should the Chancellor feel someone worthy of the Medal he/she invited the candidate for a formal interview to see if they qualify. Next, if they do, they must submit the following;
-Letter of Recommendation from their Commanding Officer
-Letter of Rec from the Minister of Defense
-Service Record to be submitted by the Minister of Defense
-Proof of at least a Bachelor's Degree from the Commonwealth College via Letter from either the College President or the Dean of Academics
-Letter of Rec from at least one Cabinet Member
-Proof of participation in a major government project
Once the Chancellor as all of these things she/he may then award the Medal, if they all are valid.

-Name, bio, picture of medal, achievements and Commonwealth Education to be affixed into a dispatched titled" Commonwealth Medal Recipients"
-A Commonwealth College Honorary Master's Degree in the field they have their Bachelors In.(h.ML/MH/MS), position as professor offered
-Promotion to Higher grade Commanding Officer in the Military
The Highest Honor the Judicial Branch may bestow;
The Medal of Devotion
Awarded to the citizen who has shown;
1- Dedication to the profession of Commonwealth Law
2- Definitive Tenacity in the experience of prosecuting and or defending people of the Commonwealth of Free Nations
3- Devotion to the cause of Law and advocation of the betterment of the justice system for the sake of the citizen
The Award is officially bestowed by the Commonwealth Legal Association, not the judiciary by itself. The Commonwealth Legal Association is made up of all the JcD holders in the region. If a Fellow of the CLA believes one is worthy he/she writes a Bill that outlines why he/she thinks they met the three requirements above. If the Bill is voted by majority to be a Yes, then the candidate is invited to a extensive and long board interview where he/she is interviewed by the whole Commonwealth Legal Association. If after the CLA feels they are worthy the medal is awarded. If the candidate is already a JcD holder then the Interview is given solely by the judges of the court.

-A Commonwealth College Honorary Master's Degree in Commonwealth Law(h.ML)---If already a ML then promotion to Law Student L2 where the time for JcD is cut, or if already a Law Student plus 50points on the Doctoral Dissertation. Plus a position as Law Professor Offered
-position as Court Police Officer, Court Public Relations, Legal Secratary and or, of JcD holder judgeship offered
The Highest Honor the Entire Commonwealth May Bestow;
The Commonwealth of Free Nations Medal of Honor
This Medal serves as the highest honor of our region, given to those who show extreme devotion, valor and service to the Commonwealth. Essentially it is all three medals infused in one, with it's one special tinge. Being that is is all three medals in one this Medal is the hardest one to award. For it to be awarded one must show outstanding service in the legislative branch, executive and judicial as well as service to citizens outside of government. In order to be awarded it said person must fill these requirements;
-Shown outstanding service in all branches of government
-Shown extreme love for county and it's citizens via service to it's citizens
-Shown love for the betterment of the region as a whole
-Shown service to Commonwealth Education and the advancement of citizens though education
In order to have proof of that these were satisfied said person must gather and be ready to submit letter of recommendation from:
-Two Members of Parliament
-Two Members of the Cabinet
-One Judge
-Three citizens not involved with government
-One Professor and or College Administrator
The Candidate must posses At Least a Master's Degree from either Department in the Commonwealth College which must be verified by the College President and the Dean of Academics.
In order to award the Medal, any citizen of the Commonwealth may propose a Bill-Proclamation to the Parliament requesting for the person recommended to be given the Medal. One the Bill-Proc is submitted the nominee must provide those letters of recommendation to the same post where the Bill Proc is plus a letter and or link to the certificate of Degree(no Signatures will be affixed unless the LoR's are there and proof of degree). One all the LoR's are finished the Parliament may sign. For the CFN-MoH to be given the entire Parliament must sign, the entire Cabinet must sign and the entire Judiciary must sign. Once all of the signatures are completed the Chancellor will then, like the other medals affix the award to the dispatch and announce it.
