The only problem I have with this bill is the part about debates. Some things just have universal support and don't need debate. If you could add a section saying that a debate session is optional and can be canceled if no opposition arises, then I would support the bill. For now, I must abstain. I totally agree. See Section 2, in the last point. I see it now. However, I noticed you have two 'Section II's. Might want to fix that. Otherwise, I hereby endorse this bill. |

Intriguing concept, but I feel times zones may be a problem. Maybe factor that in? That's why the Speaker would see how many people could make it to a certain time. He/She would try their best to create maximum participation. Also remember that not everyone would want to or have to participate. And if it's possible after a debate, we can archive the entire debate by using screenshots or something like that. |
