Denounced, for the reason that a public office being involved in "promoting diversity" within this region seems not only unnecessary but also prone to rampant ambiguity. The management of the roleplaying process may have merit, but seems eclipsed by the bill's focus on the ministerial portfolio for culture.

For now, I will abstain. Like Continental Commonwealths, I see the need for someone to manage roleplays, but the part about "promoting diversity and inclusion in the CFN" is too vague to be useful. If that aspect of the Ministry of Culture is removed or made more specific, then I shall consider officially endorsing this bill.

I Denounce this bill. I think that RP's can be managed by a group of like-minded individuals without the need of creating a Ministry for it.

Denounced
As the act is worded, it is far too ambiguous with the promotion of diversity, as many have pointed out already.
Secondly, I hardly see RPs as needing an elected Minister and Ministry to oversee. RPs can be handled by like-minded people, as they have been in the past, and do not need an elected minister to tell them how to and how not to RP, and as far as moderation goes, the forum moderators that we already have appointed on these forums do well enough without the need of having to be duly elected.
I simply see the bill as an unnecessary one and far too ambiguous to be useful.

Denounced, for the reason that I see such an office unnecessary. RP is in motion to restart, being organised by a group of people. Mark being the main person. So, this can and has been managed effectively without need of an elected or appointed member. As for the "promoting diversity and inclusion in the CFN", I understand the good intentions. However, to my knowledge nobody has ever been excluded for their sexuality, religion .. so on. Thus, I deem it unnecessary.
