This Parliament stands in recognition of "The Establishment of The Union Act", authored by Vladovaskia (Chief Justice) and its intended purpose of fostering a stronger international community driven by the Commonwealth of Free Nations.
However, we also bear witness to the failure of The Union to formally establish itself and begin operation, this statement from a public standpoint.
Therefore, I see it best that The Union by put to rest, in hopes that a newer model can be founded at a later date.
I: This bill hereby strickens "The Establishment of The Union Act" from the Law Code of the Commonwealth of Free Nations, rendering the Act null-and-void.
II: All operations of The Union (if any), and the Commonwealth of Free Nation's participation in it (if any) shall henceforth cease.
III: All records of The Union within itself, or any mention of The Union in any law in the Commonwealth of Free Nations shall be rendered null-and-void, and therefore, bills will need to be edited accordingly to accommodate for the disestablishment of The Union.
IV: Any nation or region serving in The Union shall be dismissed via honorable discharge from service.
