Hello. The test is almost prepared so I would like to get the prep started.
The CLAE will have questions that encompass the entire Judicial system, as well as the Constitution. What we mean by Judicial System, is the system of governance, administration of law, and authority to act which the judicial branch retains. And of course there are many questions based on the Rights afforded to each citizen within the region which you will need to provide examples for as well as define and summarize. The question, are not just read and answer. There are many aspects to the questions that must be answered so pay attention to how the question is phrased.
I'll give you some practice questions just to give you a idea.
Post the answers below, and we will go from there!
1) What are, and how many, Rights does a Commonwealth Citizen have? Including rights in relation to protection against law enf. [tell me what they do]
2) How are the courts organized? Into how many categories(jurisdictions), and why is that type of system put in place?
3) What is the role of Judicial Branch in relation to the other branches? What are the rights which the jud. Branch holds?
4) Give an example of how Right V may be exercised by a citizen? And summarize why this Right is relevant in today's Commonwealth society
5) What are the steps taken after a suspect as been arrested in the Commonwealth for trial[the situation being not terrorism]? Outline the process
