The Commonwealth Attorney, a career of service
In the idea of working as the person who speaks on behalf of another's behalf is perhaps as old as modern day countries. Indeed the notion of law itself, courts of law and judicial processes go back to not, was it commonly thought, the Romans but even further dating 3500b.c.e., the Sumerian Empire in ancient mesopotamia.Hisotry's first civilization held the concept of law and order and exercised their beliefs in courts. In light is this information we can say, without hesitation, that the practice of law is as old as civilization itself. In entering this profession, even though you enter a online simulation of it, means that you not only join the proud ranks of men and women who fight for thier cleints freedom but you join the honored organization which aims at serving your fellow man. This is the essence of the Commonwealth Attorney. Men and Women dedicated to service; service that sets you a part from the rest of the crowd, service that can have a true and lasting impact on peoples lives service that gives you the right to hold your head up and say "I am my brother's keeper"

What it takes to serve
In order to be considered, present yourself as and or be known by title, as an "Attorney" one must posses two things. 1) The JcD, or the Commonwealth Juris Doctorate Degree. 2) The Legal Counsel License. To obtain the JcD and LCP a citizen must pass the Comprehensive Legal Aptitude Examination or C.L.A.E. Upon passing the Examination the Judicial Branch bestows upon him or her their Judicial Diploma conferring both the JcD and LCP, and it is at that point one is considered an attorney able to practice law in the Commonwealth of Free Nations.
Without the JcD. and the LCP one cannot present themselves as an attorney, or legal counselor and may not practice law in any capacity in the region or her states and or territories.
The attorney must save and keep their Judicial Diploma at all times, so that their status may be verified if asked for or called into question.

The Comprehensive Legal Aptitude Examination C.L.A.E.
The CLAE is named for exactly it's purpose, to be comprehensive. To test the candidate's full scope of their legal knowledge, pertaining to Commonwealth Law, rulings, verdicts, administration, legal and administrative history, in depth testing on the Constitution and it's relation to verdicts and modern interpretation, along with your understanding the RL tenets and maxims of law such as common jurisprudence and the trial processes as it relates to us.
Each section of the test was made by an individual Justice of the Supreme Court with collaborative brainstorm. Those sections which each Justice created will be graded solely by said Justice, and so on. Therefore each section shall have it's own point system. Each point system will be added up to make a total sum score to be weight against the Candidates total score.

The Seminar Course
When announced, usually it will be around 8:30 EST, any judge will post on the separate thread "Seminar Classroom" a lecture. The lecture will involve things to study for and sample questions. There will also be time for student questions and input from the judge. The Seminar will last for a complete week. When the course ends the Test will be administered. Those who pass the test will be given their certificate conferring the JcD and the LCP at which time they may act as attorneys and open a private practice or join venture in the forums or whichever way. For those who still need improvement they may have the opportunity to test again in a month.
Once testing week is in motion the test will be given students in a random order. The test will be on a word document in which will be Tg'ed to him/her. The student shall open the word document and take the test and will need to deliver their answers to the proctor for said day within 3 hours. Any submission later than 2 hours will result in point deduction
