Repeal: First Amendment of the Constitution

RECOGNIZING the intent of the Communications Code;
APPLAUDING the will of the Lord-Chancellor to maintain civility;
APPEALING to supporters of the Communications Code;
CLARIFYING that this legislation is not anti-Communications Code, merely pro-freedom of expression;
Hereby repeals the First Amendment of the Constitution.
I. The Communications Code was well-intentioned, but serves only as an unnecessary expansion of government influence
II. The Communications Code is an obvious affront to the personal liberties of all nations of the Commonwealth
III. No trial that has ever convened on a Communications Code violation has ever resulted in a conviction, and it is unlikely that any will
IV. This clause is based on a slippery slope fallacy and is structured poorly for implementation and execution
V. It should be noted that this is not anti-Comm Code, simply outlining that it is entirely unnecessary
VI. The clause is to be repealed and effectively overturns all government expansion in this field
VII. The passing of this law will advocate for prevention of any further development in this field
VIII. The clause shall be stricken from the Constitution of the Commonwealth
IX. The government shall take no action abridging the freedom of speech and expression
X. Finally affirming that all nations should be able to express themselves, that all nations must maintain maturity on their own account, that offensive content is subjective and cannot be legislated, and that this law is an unnecessary expansion
