Minister Acro,
I regret to inform you that as of now, I cannot accept your proposal for trial. I see no evidence of Minister COLDR's violation of the Constitution. An "intervention" shows no sign of being raider nor defender. Historically and cited in other legal clauses, the Commonwealth works militarily for our own good and the good of our allies, granted that normally being through the means of defense, with a healthy amount of raiding. A mere "intervention" of Ireland can be for the benefit of the Commonwealth, as many previous interventions have been.
Alongside this, Minister COLDR has stated his causes for the operation on the RMB, and though I do not believe his unsworn word to be valid here, and I do not count it, he has claimed that the operation was for further connections and networks to help protect our region, for your information, Minister.
