-he sits in his office sipping coffee while reading. The court clerk comes in and puts a file on his desk. He takes a gentle swig, the liquid warming his throat, then leans in and reads the case file over- He then calls The Ministry of Justice and is directed to The Attorney General's Office voice mail.-
Hello Mr. Attorney General. This is Judge Ruclax, from the Supreme Court. I just wanted to let you and your Ministry know that the Courts did receive and is aware of the filing of the proposed case against Unfallious. It is legally valid and will stand trail. I just herd from the Chief Justice and he informs me that The case will be presided over by Judge Mons. Just giving you and the Ministry the heads up as it will take a bit for Judge Mons to get here, although things should get moving. You should start preparing the government's case and gathering your evidence. Hope all is well with you and the Ministry. Equality under the law! and Glory to the Commonwealth!
-he puts down the phone and file. He sips his coffee again, and look to the window where he can see the huge statue of Lady Justice. He looks back down at his work and continues reading.

Very well, Chancellor Everest.
As Chancellor, you do have a right to take over a case in the name of government, presumably as long as the case isn't within the government itself.
As Ruclax has mentioned previously, as him and I have discussed the topic, Mons will officially be the presiding Judge over this case, as the youngest Justice (besides the ever-serving Lord-Chancellor) does need practice. With that said, any finding that Mons is inexperienced doesn't need to be entertained, as the rest of the Supreme Court will help him with any questions he may have, but we will not take an active role within influencing nor effecting the case. Atop that, I have discussed with Mons, myself as a Justice, and he wouldn't have been elected in the first place if I (as former Chancellor) and the rest of the Cabinet didn't believe he was competent enough to fill the position.
With that said in layman's terms, Chancellor, your requests have been accepted, and times for the trial shall be organized as soon as possible. I shall inform Mons that he needs to report for arraignment and get him into contact with yourself to discuss times.
