NOTING that several previous bills passed by Vista Major use language that denotes that it does not have to be followed, despite his intent.
BELIEVING that this bill will correct that issue.
-All bills passed into law in which its author uses "Thus Proposes", "Thus Recommends", or any other pretense of suggestion instead of order shall be edited so that the pretense reads, and is legally understood to be, "Thus Orders".
-All those who have not followed the previously passed laws before will have to do so as of now, unless the law explicitly excludes them.
-This law can be invoked on future bills.
-On a personal note, I will perfectly understand if you all decide not to pass this bill to correct my mistakes-
