Cabinet Agenda Act

Noting that it is an integral part of the Cabinets duty, to be transparent and open with the Commonwealth Citizens.

Affirming that when Cabinet Members are not open about their duties and agenda, citizens will lose confidence in the Government.

This Bill hereby calls for

1. One week after a Cabinet Election has concluded, each Cabinet Member will have to create a dispatch addressing a minimum of two issues or problems regarding the CFN in their respective offices.

2. Along with the two issues, they will also include solutions to the problem, and how they will try to achieve it.

3. Once each Cabinet Member has created their dispatch, the Chancellor will create a link on the WFE titled "Cabinet Agenda". In it, citizens will clearly be able to see the dispatches and know what the Cabinet Members are working on.

4. The Cabinet Agenda, will remain open to the public until the end of the Cabinet's term, so that both Government Members and Citizens alike, will be able to see the progress made in that given term.

5. After the term, the Cabinet Agenda will be archived and removed from the WFE, ready for the next term.

*THIS BILL WILL NOT AFFECT THE CURRENT CABINET
