This bill moves to ensure more international diplomatic transparency rather than worrying about the military.
Article 1:we would encourage more Diplomats to ensure extreme global diplomacy.
Article 2:We would minimize military endeavors and training to ensure there is no suspected tension
Article 3:The Government would also if so they may register or be auto registered as diplomats
Article 4: This would Possibly ensure global peace and we would maybe at some point close off the military for a little bit
Article 5:We will not close our borders an we will also make sure every person may choose to become a diplomat
PEACE HONOR RESPECT
Sorry if this is bad but I hope it's all right

While I do like that you want to participate in Parliament, this bill has no real structure and purpose, and looks more like a UN Resolution. While it is no longer mandatory, I would suggest you first propose your bills to the Legislative Review Committee to get advice and scrutiny as you are new to the bill writing process.

However, I agree that this bill should have gone through committee. I believe this bill has great potential, and should be greatly expanded to have a clear plan for diplomacy and foreign affairs. Please contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for help with this.

I hereby denounce this bill. At this point, the bill is very vague, and some of the ideas contained in the bill are simply impractical (i.e. never closing the borders).

Denounced My only real problem with this is article 5. Also,we need more details on diplomats, what they can do what they can't. We need to have someone in charge of appointing diplomats, like the Chancellor or MoFA. Overall just needs to be re wrote with multiple inputs, like the review committee.
