The Corridor Act
A resolution to organize the Parliamentary floor, and the CFN Forums.

Preamble:
This bill establishes a new system of organization for the Commonwealth Parliament and the CFN Forums, hereby replacing the "Commonwealth Maintenance Act".
Article I:
The Parliamentary debate and vote floor shall be divided into 4 floors (folders on the Forums): Domestic, Foreign, Miscellaneous and Referenda.
Article II:
The Domestic chamber shall contain all bills pertaining to the administration of the CFN, and the Rights, Responsibilities and Punishments of its residents, citizen or otherwise.
Article III:
The foreign Chamber shall contain all bills pertaining to the administration of the CFN Military and any international business and relationships.
Article IV:
The Miscellaneous chamber shall contain all bills that do not pertain to any of the other chambers, labeled in Articles I-III or VI.
Article V:
The Legislative Review Committee (or, if it is abolished, the Speaker of Parliament) shall determine which chamber bills proposed to them shall be sent to.
Article VI:
The chambers shall be equal in the ability for MPs to debate and vote on legislation. Except for the Referenda chamber, that shall contain all amendments, special legislation and referenda (as opposed to regular legislation). No debate or voting is to be held in the Referenda chamber.
Article VII:
The Speaker of Parliament shall be responsible for the administration of the Parliament, including passing legislation into law (or vetoing them), and insuring its constant neatness.
Article VIII:
The Chancellor and Minister of Internal Affairs shall be responsible for the administration of the rest of the CFN Forums. This article hereby repeals "The Reestablishment Commission Act" and the "Commonwealth Maintenance Act".
Article IX:
The Chancellor and Minister of Internal Affairs must keep the CFN Forums neat by moving all topics unused for more than 2 weeks into an archive or appropriate folder. They shall also ensure the proper use of good etiquette and following of proper procedure.
Article IX:
This Act can be amended by the Cabinet via simple-majority (4/6) vote, as well as by simple-majority (55%) of the Parliament.
