Repeal of "The Ministry of Culture Act"
1. Stating that the Ministry of Culture Act found here, is a pointless Cabinet Position, and that it's duties can be carried out by CFN Citizens, 2. Shocked, that the Minister of Culture is a Cabinet Member, yet DOES NOT have a fixed term limit like the other Cabinet Members, 3. Reaffirming, that a Minister of Culture would create more of a bureaucratic mess that this region does not need, 4. Acknowledging, that RP's are just fun events that CFN citizens want to take part of and that it is pointless and less efficient to have a Ministry oversee them. 5. Aware, that we have done many RP's and organized many regional activities without the need of a Ministry, and stating with emphasis, that all we need is like minded citizens. Therefore, this bill calls for the complete repeal of the Ministry of Culture Act, and that the current Minister of Internal Affairs will remain in their post.

I had started to draft a bill with the same implication myself.
ENDORSED.

While not a fan of bureaucracy on the whole, the office provides an official governmental capability to assist in roleplay and map regulation. I admit that I find the timing is a tad curious; if Mark had such a notion, why even bother attempting to amend it?

I admit that I find the timing is a tad curious; if Mark had such a notion, why even bother attempting to amend it? Because I originally tried to make the best of a bad situation, but then I realized I could just repeal the whole thing. Now I know you're strong stance on the map issue, and if this bill passes I swear to you, that I will craft a bill that will make the map management shared with a Cabinet Member. Or even create a non-Cabinet Cartographer that Trinacria proposed. Either way, I will resolve this map issue

I hereby endorse this bill.
I will maintain this endorsement unless an amendment is proposed that establishes clear term times for the MoC as well as removing any mention of the CFN map.

DenouncedI think the MoC could prove useful in organising nation wide events and such. But what I have been trying to explain all along is that we can do all that stuff without the need for a Ministry. All the RP's that are currently going on, and the ones that we finished, have all been done successfully with no Ministry required

Well clearly that's not the case, because they have all been efficient and organized without a Minister I can not stress enough how many times people came to me asking where the CFN World Cup forum was, where current RPs are, how to start a RP. Clearly that is not organized and efficient.
