Looks like a promising bill, but I just want one more clarification before I endorse: what is 'cultural roleplay'? You gave a few examples, but they really didn't tell me much. Could you be more specific?

'Cultural roleplay' involves things like organizing sporting events (CFN World Cup, Olympics, etc), entertainment (like a Eurovision for our nation, Art Expo), and the showcasing CFN nations would be...i.g. each week or every two weeks the Minister of Culture would "Showcase" a Nation to the rest of the CFN. They would talk about the Nation's culture in music, food, clothing, holidays, etc. They would educate the rest of the CFN on different nations to make it easier on the CFN to get to know other natons and learn more about them.

What might not work, is that I have control of the map, as it is on my computer. What if I'm not the MoC?

What might not work, is that I have control of the map, as it is on my computer. What if I'm not the MoC? Is there a way for you to pass it along to the MoC? Or maybe even yourself and the MoC each have a copy? I think I can speak for many members of the CFN in that you have done a wonderful job with the CFN Map; however, it should be a responsibility administered to at least two people to oversee it (preferably the MoC and yourself) so that not one person (in this case you) are solely responsible for it. We have recently have had a lot of confusion with the CFN map and it will be in everyone's best interest to have it accessible to at least two members to ensure that it is updated on a quicker bases. Again, you have done a great job, so this would only be enhancing what you have done to this point. But, if it is agreed upon many of the members to eliminate that part, I can do that too. It was an idea brought to my attention when I was creating this bill, but it doesn't have to be set in stone.

I denounce this bill, until the map issue is worked out, Mark has proven a outstanding cartographer, and I see no reason to take the map away from him

Denounced, both in agreement Acro and as this seems like a near replica of Vista's bill from about two months ago. This also sought to establish a Minister of Culture and have him/her manage role play, but this first bill seemingly included all regional role play. I feel the authorities bestowed by this bill can be fulfilled without having to specifically exist within government. It seems to fuction fine now. It is similar to Vista's bill; however, it is yet different. In this bill, compared to Vista's, the MoC will have authority over "cultural role plays" not all regional roleplays. (Please read above for that explanation). The region is lacking this role and it will only benefit the CFN. Having a fixed person dedicated to learning about all nations in CFN and educating the rest of CFN about them, can only bring the region closer together. Having "cultural events" will cause for higher regional participation and allow for members of the CFN to enjoy other RP's, outside of military and governmental ones; however, I fully respect your decision. If this bill does in fact pass, then I hope you and the others who denounce this bill will grow to see the advantage of it.

The person who is the MoC can edit the map by saving the image and using paint. That's how I edited the map.
I endorse this
