Prior to Lady Beatriz's return, Jacob took a few moments to track down Prince Jason.
"So... Advice time. If I have found myself inadvertantly wooing a foreign noblewoman, what, precisely, have I gotten myself into?"

Prince Jason turned toward President Ward. "Sounds like you've gotten gotten into a rather uncomfortable situation," Jason said. "Quite a conundrum indeed. First, explain to me the whole situation so I can better advise you on your predicament."

"I am, at present, likely committed to taking a rather lovely Azorian Noblewoman back to Ehrereich. I can't claim to know what that's going to look like, in general, for her at least. My people won't mind so much. I just... have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to the trappings and such of the nobility."

"So you just need to know how to act, then?" Jason asked. "That is not an issue. Believe or not, royalty aren't that much difference from everyone else. You just have to be a very polite and formal. As long as your people don’t mind your sudden courtship, and there won’t be a scandal, you have little to worry about."

"Heh. So noted. I'll have to work on that, some. We both know I need it." He shrugged and gave Prince Jason a nod. "As ever, I appreciate your counsel. I fear that you are far more well-versed in the courtly battleground than I am, and I appreciate the words of wisdom."
With that, he shook the Prince's hand.
"By your leave, sir. Perhaps you should visit to New Kronnenberg when you have time, to you see the Nation with which you are rapidly becoming a solid ally." He grinned at Prince Jason and clapped him on the shoulder, giving him an opportunity to reply before leaving the man's company.
